Bedok Rise Residences Showflat and Preview Registration

Bedok Rise Residences is a 99-year leasehold new launch on the Bedok Rise Government Land Sales parcel, fronting Tanah Merah MRT station in District 16.

Allgreen Properties won the site in December 2025 with a bid of S$464.8 million, the top of ten offers. URA expects around 380 homes on the 218,507 sq ft plot, which is zoned fully residential.

Sceneca Square sits beside the station for daily needs, and Bedok Mall is one MRT stop west. Bedok South and Sungei Bedok stations open in the second half of 2026, and Tanah Merah is planned to become an interchange by the mid-2030s.
